The time has finally come where I have gotten myself organized enough to bring some new offerings to you. I bringing to you the opportunity to work more closely with me and create your own customized plan.

Which plan you choose is fully up to you but what I will say is that with each of these plans you can have my word that:

  • Each plan will be made FOR YOU. No cookie cutter plans here because no body is like any other body. You need something that is tailored to your own needs, likes, time, goals and abilities.
  • Included in each plan will be a full explanation of what is included, why I set it up the way I did and any further explanations that are required for you to get the most out of this plan.
  • You will be able to ask me lots of questions and add onto your plans if you so choose.
  • Did I mention it’s personalized? I want these plans to be as effective as they can be. What does that mean? Well, they have to be fun, easy to use and follow and be something you are actually able to do with your current life situation. To ensure this is the case, there is always room for changing things. I am at your service. πŸ™‚

Before I move more into the plans, I want to make it clear that by having these paid plans available, this doesn’t mean that the rest of my blog will take a nose dive and I will stop posting information and recipes as I have done. My blog is fun for me, so being able to share knowledge with you all is what makes me happy. These plans are simply a way to further extend my knowledge and experience to others but because they will require more time and effort on my part I came to the conclusion that I couldn’t be preparing these without having a fee.

I hope you understand where I’m coming from and know how excited I am to start this next installment on zee blog.

So let me now get into breaking down what each of these plans include and their associated cost.

Please note that I’m assuming you do not live close to me. I would love to do consults and meetings in person, but I don’t think that is possible for many, if not all, of you. This is why I am describing these plans using skype or phone calls. If you do live close by, feel free to reach out to me to do yours in person!

fitness plansWhat you get:

  • 1 1-hour consult with me. Skype would be best, but phone works too. This is time for me to get to know you. What do you like? What’s your current health status? Time constraints? Anything that will be necessary to make the plan fit your lifestyle and needs to the best of my abilities.
  • 1 1-week written document (pdf) of the plan. This will include your workouts for the week, which were created based on the consultation, and some information and tools that will help you to use the plan such as pictures or links to demonstrate exercises, explanations for why I chose what I chose, alternatives, and so forth.
  • 1 30-minute call (Skype or Phone) for me to explain the plan fully to you, explain some of my choices and to answer your questions.

What it costs:

I have come up with a base charge of 30 dollars for all of the above components. The hour and a half of one-on-one discussion time in the form of the consultation and the final plan presentation and the time it takes for me to put the plan together.

Meal PlansWhat you get:

  • 1 1-hour consult with me. Once again, Skype would be best, but phone works too. This is time for me to get to know your current dietary intake, your goals, likes and dislikes, current situation (other family members, time constraints, etc) and anything else that would be important when planning meals. I want this to be something that you will not only be able to do (ie. fits in your lifestyle) but also something that you can enjoy and perhaps even introduce you to new foods and styles of preparation.
  • 1 1-week written document (pdf) of the plan. This will include a layout of meals for the week, which will be based off of the information I collect during the consultation. Also included will be some recipes, grocery lists if requested, explanations of methods and techniques you may not be familiar with, alternatives for when something unexpected comes up, meal prep advice and so forth.
  • 1 30-minute call (Skype or Phone) for me to explain the plan fully to you, explain some of my choices and to answer your questions.

What it costs:

I have come up with a base charge of 35 dollars for all of the above components. The hour and a half of one-on-one discussion time in the form of the consultation and the final plan presentation and the time it takes for me to put the plan together. This one is a lil bit higher because of the number of additional add-ons you can request for (recipes, grocery lists, etc).

Disclaimer. As I am not a registered dietician as of yet, I cannot provide you with a calorie based or weight loss plan. That would be outside my scope of practice at this time. If following my plan leads to weight loss simply due to making some changes to your current food choices and habits then that is simply a result of those changes not because I’m designing a plan that highlights a caloric deficit.

Combo PlansThis plan is simply the combination of the two above plans. The consultation will continue to be 1 1-hour call with me, but the final presentation call will be extended to another 1 full hour session to account for the extra information you will be provided with. The total cost of this plan is set at $50.

Either way, I have set an hour call or Skype time as 10 bucks.

    • Hi jean, I apologize for the initial shocker. I did ring down my pricing after doing more digging. To be honest I really was unsure what pricing to set so I went to ask my fellow friends and I should have looked further. I hope you can accept my apologies.

    • Not as of yet for this specific thing as it’s a very new thing for me. I am currently beginning with one individual and perhaps if she feels comfortable once we are finished to share her experience then I would have my first one. πŸ™‚

  9. If the meal plans arent for weight loss…what are they for

    • What I meant by that is that I’m not making a meal plan based on putting you in a caloric deficit as I’m not a registered dietician yet and so that would be outside my scope for right now. What the meal plans are for is for integrating healthier choices into your lifestyle and showing you how easy it can be to eat well. They will include snacks, grocery lists, tips and meal ideas and inspiration.

      If the individual looses weight due to following the meal plan and that was a goal of theirs then that is an added benefit, but my goal with these is to help guide individuals into a healthier way of eating if they feel they are struggling.

    • I’m always open to answering questions regarding the plans that I make for you πŸ™‚ I want them to work for you so if they need upgrading, changing, tweaking or further explanation I will be all yours!

      • Changes and tweaks to the plan that I make for are not extra as that part of the process.   13. If I were to buy a plan does it involve keeping up to date with you or are those sessions it? (i.e: can I email you a month from my buy date letting you know whats working or with a question- something that wont be an hour).

    • For sure! Lil questions here and there I’m not going to charge ya for πŸ™‚ If you wanted a whole new plan you would have to buy another plan but for clarification, questions and lil tweaks/changes, thats part of the plan you paid for πŸ˜€

  14. Do you have any ‘before & afters’ or client reviews or something

    • Unfortunately I have just finished up with my first and only client as this is something very new. Therefore I have not had enough time to have people to do these reviews. Sorry about that.

  15. Started working on Chelsea’s plans about 4 months ago. Fortunately, I am in the same city, so Chelsea corrects my form at the gym. I am 80 years old, concerned about losing muscle mass. Since working on Chelsea’s plans, I dropped over 10 lbs. (yeah, sixpack is starting to show), increased stamina (her plans work me through the paces, no short-cuts there), feel great (blood pressure is normalizing). I am so happy to be on this program
